1. Prepare two authorized files
Prepare one MP4, MOV, or WebM source you recorded or are allowed to transform, plus one PNG, JPG, or WebP character image you created or are allowed to use.
For the first run, choose a three-to-five-second source with one visible subject, a readable body pose, limited cuts, and no music dependency.
2. Upload the source and confirm rights
Open your brand workspace, choose Upload original, select the video, state whether your business owns it or has permission, and confirm the rights statement.
Uploading and checking the file do not consume production credits. Credits are reserved only after your team reviews the quote and approves the order.
3. Complete the file check before ordering
The file check confirms that the video can play and that its dimensions and format suit the selected service. If it fails, convert the file to an H.264 MP4 and make sure the shortest side is large enough.
Do not approve production until the video plays in the brand workspace and the displayed duration matches the clip you intend to use.
4. Add a pose-matched character
Choose a saved public or private fictional character, or upload an authorized image. Match standing with standing, seated with seated, and front or side orientation as closely as practical.
Avoid public figures, political impersonation, minors, and any person whose likeness you are not authorized to use.
5. Quote one small video
Start with one 3–5 second video. Choose Fast delivery for a clean people test or Scene-detail protection when hands, products, foreground overlap, or camera continuity are the hard part.
Check duration, number of deliverables, required credits, and remaining balance. Production does not begin until your team approves the complete quote.
6. Let production continue and review the delivery
Production continues in the background. You can leave the tab, return to Deliveries, and see waiting, producing, ready, or failed status for each video.
Download the completed file through the secure account link. Review the first frame, person, hands, feet, products, background, camera motion, and last frame before approving it.
7. Scale only what passed
If the result passes, repeat with four controlled outputs or change one variable. If it fails technically, use the visible failure record and eligible credit reconciliation before retrying.
Do not change source, character, mode, duration, and CTA simultaneously. One-variable iterations make the next purchase informative.
