What does ClipRecast do for a marketing team?
ClipRecast is a managed short-form video production workspace. Your team adds approved products, talent, and footage, then purchases only the next step it needs. Product looks, campaign planning, and video production are quoted separately so the team can review each result before continuing.
How do ClipRecast production credits work?
Production credits are prepaid project budget. Before any image, plan, or video order begins, ClipRecast combines the selected service, length, and quantity into one quote for your approval.
Does every new brand workspace receive 100 credits?
Yes. Each new brand workspace receives 100 bonus production credits. Viewing project quotes is always free. A signed, verified first purchase activates production, adds the selected credit pack, and keeps the 100 bonus credits in the balance.
Can I paste a YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram URL?
You can save a public social URL as campaign inspiration. ClipRecast does not download social-platform media from that link. Upload an original or authorized file when you want to produce a video.
What happens when ClipRecast cannot deliver a file?
A confirmed processing failure can return eligible reserved production credits. A completed file that does not match a subjective creative preference is different and is not automatically refundable.
Can I use public figures or political candidates?
No. ClipRecast blocks public-figure impersonation, political impersonation, minors, deceptive identity use, and other high-risk categories described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Will the result have a watermark?
The benchmark file currently shown on ClipRecast has no embedded watermark. Every paid production service is validated before it is offered, but delivery behavior may change as production systems evolve.
How long does video production take?
Production runs in the background and delivery time varies by service and demand. You can leave the page, return to the brand workspace, and review each order's status and downloadable files when ready.
Should I choose Fast versions or Protect scene details?
Choose Fast versions when your team needs more options at a lower credit cost. Choose Protect scene details when the person touches a product, holds an object, moves behind foreground elements, or when camera continuity matters.
Can I order 20 videos at once?
Yes. A multi-version order supports 1, 4, 8, 12, or 20 deliverables under one quote. Every video receives its own status, preview, download, and eligible processing-failure reconciliation.
What should my first video order look like?
Start with one approved three-to-five-second video, one pose-matched original or authorized person, and one deliverable. Complete the file check, review the full quote, and order a larger batch only after your team approves the first result.
