Controller and contact

Archie Design App LLC is responsible for the service. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to contact@archie-design.app.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data, such as email address, workspace name, verification state, session records, and password hashes.
  • Content and instructions, including uploaded videos, images, audio, prompts, project settings, generated outputs, and related metadata.
  • Billing data, such as selected credit pack, payment status, Stripe customer references, refunds, and disputes. We do not store complete payment-card numbers.
  • Technical and security data, such as IP address, browser and device information, request identifiers, logs, error details, usage events, and timestamps.
  • Public website measurement data collected through Ahrefs Web Analytics, such as page views, referring sources, and aggregate traffic patterns. Ahrefs states that its default Web Analytics tracker is cookie-free and does not collect personal data or store personally identifiable information by default. See the Ahrefs Web Analytics description.
  • Campaign measurement data, including a random first-party browser identifier, campaign and creative labels, and conversion stages. The browser identifier is hashed before it is stored, and campaign reports contain aggregate counts rather than visitor identities.
  • Communications you send to support, privacy, or rights-reporting channels.
  • Remix Library publication choices, rights attestations and evidence, attribution, moderation decisions, and revocation records.

2. How we use information

  • Provide accounts, workspaces, processing, and downloads.
  • Route requested jobs to selected infrastructure and models.
  • Calculate credits, process payments, refunds, and disputes.
  • Prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and secure the service.
  • Provide support and service-related communications.
  • Review and publish an output only when you explicitly submit it to the Remix Library, and enforce the visibility and reuse permissions you select.
  • Measure reliability, diagnose failures, and improve product performance.
  • Compare whether our own campaign creatives lead to sign-in, source preparation, and quote creation. We do not use this data to build cross-site advertising profiles.
  • Measure aggregate public website traffic and page performance with Ahrefs Web Analytics. This tracker is not used to identify visitors or create cross-site advertising profiles.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Depending on your location and the activity, processing is based on performance of a contract, your consent, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or compliance with law.

3. Remix Library publication

Workspace media is private by default. If you explicitly submit a reviewed Winner to the Remix Library, we may publicly display the approved output, title, attribution, selected subject category, and whether it is view-only or remixable. We do not expose the original source video, character image, rights evidence, workspace identifiers, or private storage location in the public listing.

A creator may revoke a publication, and a moderator may reject or take it down. New content requests recheck publication status and are not stored in a public browser or edge cache, although a copy already downloaded by another person cannot be remotely deleted.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, follow your instructions, protect rights and safety, complete a business transaction, or comply with law. Categories of recipients can include:

  • Cloudflare for compute, database, storage, and security.
  • Stripe for payment processing and billing risk events.
  • Ahrefs for aggregate public website analytics and traffic measurement.
  • Kling AI Pte. Ltd. when you select a Kling generation route. We send the prompts, instructions, uploaded media, technical job identifiers, and settings needed to generate and return your requested output.
  • Email and support providers when those features are enabled.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where legally required.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Under the Kling API Paid Service Terms effective April 21, 2026, Kling acts as a processor for API prompts and responses, does not use API customer data to train or improve its models, and may log prompts, responses, and included files for 30 days. Kling may still process data as needed to deliver, secure, moderate, and support its API service.

5. International transfers

We and our providers may process information in the United States, Singapore, and other countries. Kling states that its service data is stored on servers in Singapore and may be accessed by its international teams. Where required, transfers are supported by an approved legal mechanism or another lawful safeguard.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, honor your settings, secure the platform, resolve disputes, keep billing and audit records, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by data type. You may request deletion, but some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting, legal claims, or compliance.

When a job is routed to Kling, Kling's paid API terms specify a 30-day logging period for the API prompts, responses, and included files. Our own copies of uploaded media and generated outputs follow your workspace lifecycle and our operational, billing, security, and legal retention requirements.

7. Security

We use access controls, private object storage, bounded sessions, signed payment webhooks, and operational logging intended to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to know or access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision. You may also have rights not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.

You can revoke your own Remix Library publication from the workspace. Revocation removes it from new public listings and blocks new public content requests, subject to copies others may already have downloaded.

Send a request from your account email to contact@archie-design.app. We may verify identity and authority before acting. You may contact your local data-protection authority if you believe your request was not handled appropriately.

9. Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their account data. Do not upload a minor’s likeness or voice without all legally required permissions and a permitted use under the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will receive additional notice where appropriate.
