The brief
Replace the seated person with a fictional character while keeping the bench, park background, handheld framing, timing, and bottle interaction recognizable.
The bottle crosses the face and remains in contact with the hand, so the shot tests more than facial similarity. It tests occlusion, object continuity, body pose, and camera preservation at the same time.
Why this shot is difficult
The hand, bottle, mouth, and face overlap. A weak result may erase the bottle, fuse fingers into it, move the hand at the wrong time, or change the camera crop to avoid the interaction.
The replacement image also needs a compatible body orientation. A clean, authorized character image reduces the geometry the generation has to invent.
What passed the review
The output preserved the seated timing, main camera movement, bench, outdoor background, and the visible path of the bottle. The new fictional character remains readable throughout the short benchmark.
That makes the result useful as production proof for a difficult action. It does not prove that the creative will sell a product; campaign performance still needs a real offer, CTA, distribution, and measurement.
How to reproduce the test
Use an authorized three-to-five-second video with one continuous action. Upload one fictional or authorized talent image with a similar pose, complete the file check, choose scene-detail protection when product contact matters, and order one video first.
Review the result at normal speed and frame by frame. Only after the shot passes should you buy a larger batch or change the character, wardrobe, language, or CTA.
Acceptance checklist
Confirm that the first and last frames work, the bottle never disappears, hand contact remains plausible, the bench and background do not jump, the camera motion stays recognizable, and no unintended identity appears.
A pass means the shot is ready for the next controlled order. A fail means changing the crop, talent image, or quality priority before buying more volume.
