1. Start with one sellable claim
Choose one product, audience, offer, and action. A useful first batch tests a clear claim such as fit, movement, color, or a product detail instead of compressing an entire catalog into one ad.
Record the exact SKU, approved product images, price window, required disclaimer, and landing page before production. Generated volume cannot repair an unsupported promise.
2. Separate product proof from creative treatment
Approve the product look before changing talent, motion, typography, or sound. Check color, logo, texture, silhouette, and any visible text against the source asset.
ClipRecast quotes product fitting, planning, and video production separately, so a rejected look does not force the team to buy the entire campaign again.
3. Build a controlled creative matrix
Use four variants for qualification or eight for a stronger review. Keep the product, offer, duration, destination, and source motion fixed while changing only the opening, on-screen talent, or treatment.
Name every version by its changed variable. A batch should answer which hook deserves distribution, not merely create more files.
4. Review the ad before adding scale
Reject product drift, disappearing objects, broken hands, unstable identity, unclear opening frames, unreadable claims, and scenes that imply a capability the product does not have.
Review muted first, then add voice, captions, price, and CTA to the strongest visual. Final copy and publishing remain a human decision.
5. Package the winner for each channel
Prepare the selected video with channel-specific safe areas, caption length, disclosure, storefront URL, and tracking parameters. Do not publish every generated candidate simply because it exists.
Localize only the winner or shortlist. Translating failed creative multiplies waste instead of reach.
6. Let measured results buy the next batch
Compare first-second hold, completion, click-through, add-to-cart, and the downstream purchase event your store can verify. Treat the first delivery as a production test, not proof of conversion lift.
Reuse the approved product setup and change one variable in the next order. That keeps the learning attached to a traceable creative decision.
