Refund Policy

Your video plays as a preview first, so you can check it before you keep it.

• If we cannot make your video, you are refunded automatically.
• If it did not come out right, you can make it again once for free within 24 hours.
• If the new one still did not come out right (for example it does not look like your photo, it is distorted, or it misses the trend's moves), ask for a full refund within 7 days.
• Once you tap "Keep it and download" (which also opens sharing), the video is yours and the sale is final. We cannot refund a video you have kept.
• One refund per customer.

To ask for a refund, contact the contact address on your receipt email and include your order link.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
