Permission comes first
Only upload or transform material you created, licensed, or are otherwise authorized to use. Being able to download a video does not mean you have permission to remix it.
1. Rights and consent
You may not use the service to:
- Infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, music, performance, database, or other rights.
- Clone, replace, or imitate a person’s face or voice without authorization that covers the requested use.
- Remove watermarks, rights notices, provenance signals, or access controls.
- Misrepresent copied content as original or evade a platform’s reuse, monetization, or copyright rules.
2. Deception and public figures
You may not create or distribute:
- Deceptive impersonation, fraud, scams, false endorsements, or fabricated evidence.
- Misleading political or civic content that depicts a real public figure saying or doing something they did not say or do.
- Content presented as authentic news, official communication, or a real recording when it is synthetic or materially altered.
Clearly disclose material AI alteration when context could reasonably mislead viewers, and follow platform labeling rules.
3. Safety and dignity
You may not create or distribute content involving:
- Child sexual abuse material, sexualized minors, or exploitation of any person under 18.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence, or sexualized face or body replacement.
- Credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, doxxing, or encouragement of violence.
- Hate, dehumanization, or discrimination directed at a protected class.
- Instructions that materially facilitate serious wrongdoing, malware, weapons harm, or evasion of law enforcement.
4. Platform and infrastructure abuse
You may not:
- Probe, bypass, disable, or overload access controls, safety systems, rate limits, billing controls, or provider restrictions.
- Use automation to create fraudulent accounts, credits, traffic, views, engagement, or payment activity.
- Upload malware, collect credentials, or interfere with other users or systems.
- Resell access, transfer credits, or use the service as an unauthorized provider proxy.
5. Enforcement and reporting
We may automatically or manually review relevant metadata and content when necessary to operate safety controls, investigate a report, or comply with law. Responses can include rejection, content preservation, feature restriction, billing hold, suspension, termination, or referral to appropriate authorities.
